How to apply?

To complete your factoring application, it is sufficient to complete the following documents and send them to the nearest Fiba Faktoring service point.

Required documents:

  1. Balance sheet and income statement for the last three years, interim balance sheet - detailed trial balance and income statement,
  2. Trade registry gazettes (Establishment, title change, capital increase, address change, etc.)
  3. If it is a incorporated company company, the last list of attendants,
  4. Signature Circulars
  5. Good standing certificate,
  6. Tax certificate
  7. Individual partners holding more than 25% of the shares; ID photocopies, current residence certificate (or invoice for the last 3 months issued on behalf of)
  8. Documents specified in articles 1-9 for legal entity partners with more than 25% shares,
  9. Bank, leasing, factoring limit-risk-collateral information,
  10. Capasity Report (if any),
  11. Incentive certificate (if any),
  12. Certificate of authorization
  13. Real estate title deed photocopy of the company and partners (if any),
  14. Progress payment-expenditure table, machine park list, completed works-ongoing works table for contracting companies,

Note: Documents 1 - 10 are mandatory documents for the preparation of the loan package and must be provided with priority.
