How to apply?
To complete your factoring application, it is sufficient to complete the following documents and send them to the nearest Fiba Faktoring service point.
Required documents:
- Balance sheet and income statement for the last three years, interim balance sheet - detailed trial balance and income statement,
- Trade registry gazettes (Establishment, title change, capital increase, address change, etc.)
- If it is a incorporated company company, the last list of attendants,
- Signature Circulars
- Good standing certificate,
- Tax certificate
- Individual partners holding more than 25% of the shares; ID photocopies, current residence certificate (or invoice for the last 3 months issued on behalf of)
- Documents specified in articles 1-9 for legal entity partners with more than 25% shares,
- Bank, leasing, factoring limit-risk-collateral information,
- Capasity Report (if any),
- Incentive certificate (if any),
- Certificate of authorization
- Real estate title deed photocopy of the company and partners (if any),
- Progress payment-expenditure table, machine park list, completed works-ongoing works table for contracting companies,
Note: Documents 1 - 10 are mandatory documents for the preparation of the loan package and must be provided with priority.
