Fiba Faktoring, which carries its activities beyond creating economic value with its social responsibility awareness;

It supported the restoration works of the historical Galata Mevlevihanesi Museum and Hagia Sophia within the scope of the preservation and preservation of historical and cultural riches.

Sponsored the theater plays prepared by company employees to provide resources for various social responsibility projects; With the income of the play "Let's Remain Femininity" staged in 2015, 350 women received 3-month literacy training, and with the income of the theater play Tom, Dick, Harry staged in 2016, 149 children participated in a special program (To a Future Project that Reads) designed to develop reading habits.

Aiming to train female athletes in sailing, a male-dominated sport, it became the sponsor of the Fiba Faktoring Women's Sailing Team, which was established by employees to participate in Turkey's first national women's sailing cup. All of the prize of this competition was donated to AÇEV and the organization became a tradition.

In addition, It support foundations and associations such as Özyeğin University, which offers scholarships to athletes and young people who participate in the races organized for social responsibility projects working in fields such as child education and rural development, especially Hüsnü M.Özyeğin Foundation and AÇEV, by donations and joint projects.

In addition to financial support, employees involved in social responsibility projects are given voluntary leave of up to 3 days so that they can spare time for the projects they are involved in.
